Return & Class Cancellation Policies
Product Return Policy
Fiber Circle Studio offers store credit only for returns - no refunds.
Policy for returns for store credit or exchange vary on the items. Please see below for each item's policy. All items must be in original condition to qualify for a return.
- Yarn, bags, notions and kits may be exchanged for store credit only within 90 days of original purchase.
- Needles may be exchanged for store credit only within 3 days of original purchase.
- FINAL SALE on all books, patterns, sale items, handmade closet items and equipment.
- Online Orders Online orders can be sent back at the customers expense for store credit or an exchange. We will provide a pre-paid return label for any orders over $100. Requests to return must be made via e-mail prior to shipping back. All other return policies (listed above) apply to online orders.
Class Policies and Cancellations
By signing up for a workshop at Fiber Circle Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure class can start on time. If a student arrives 15 minutes or more after the start of class, it is at the discretion of the instructor as to whether the student will be admitted. Please call if you’re running late. No refunds or studio credit will be given for late arrivals.

Class fees are non-refundable. If notice is given 7 days or more prior to the workshop, you may transfer to another class, store credit (in the form of a gift certificate that can be used on a future class or in the store), or to a friend. Please contact us with the new students information at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class.
STUDIO CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR NO-SHOWS, or any cancellations made without at least 7 days notice.
COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
Our covid cancellation policy remains the same as our regular policy (see above).
EXCEPTION TO OUR POLICY
If cancellation is made 7 days or less to the class and we are able to fill your space from the waitlist, we will issue you a credit in the form of a gift certificate.
In the event that a class doesn't meet the minimum registration, we reserve the right to cancel up to 24 hours before the class and will offer a credit, refund or reschedule.
