Field Trip! Bundle Dyeing at Handsfull Farm | August 10, 2024

This is a 1 session in-person workshop on an offsite location - Handsfull Farm in Valley Ford.

All materials are included. Each student will receive 1 silk scarf and 1 cotton bandana and have access to variety of fresh flowers! 

DETAILS

Fiber Circle Studio, Handsfull Farm and bundle dyeing and eco printing instructor, Jonatha, have collaborated to host our bundle dyeing workshop straight to the source of materials! We'll be spending the day at the farm exploring the dye garden at Handsfull Farm and Jonatha will guide students on how to print fabric using the flowers from the garden. Each student will get to print 1 silk scarf and 1 cotton bandana and will leave with the knowledge to make more. 

Please wear comfortable shoes, layers, a sun hat, sack lunch and water.

Optional: bring a notepad and pen.
